B2C and the Cosmer laboratory were founded in 1977 in the Midi-Pyrénées region in France. We provide a comprehensive service from the production of e-liquid and laboratory formulation to delivery of the finished product.

With a complete team of specialists, pharmacists, biochemical engineers, specialised formulators and technicians, Cosmer laboratory designs and manufactures all galenic forms in strict consistency with the good practices of the cosmetic industry and in stringent compliance with current regulations.

With this wealth of experience, and further to the request of many colleagues, we decided to extend our skills to the creation of a complete range of e-liquids, bases and concentrated recipes branded REVOLUTE and VAPE OR DIY.

Because we manage the whole production chain, we are able to guarantee complete traceability for each and every one of our e-liquids - from the raw materials to bacterial analysis of the finished product. As a result, our customers can use their electronic cigarette with total peace of mind.
